Commutation pole: The role of the commutation pole is to improve the commutation and reduce the commutation spark that may occur between the brush and the commutator when the voice coil motor is running. It is generally installed between two adjacent main poles. It consists of commutating pole cores and commutating pole windings. The commutating pole windings are wound with insulated conductors and set on the commutating pole cores. The number of commutating poles is equal to that of the main poles.
4. Brush device: Brush device is used to introduce or draw DC voltage and DC current. The brush device consists of a brush, a brush holder, a brush bar, and a brush bar seat. The brush is placed inside the brush holder and pressed by a spring so that the brush and the commutator have a good sliding contact. The brush holder is fixed on the brush rod, and the brush rod is mounted on the ring-shaped brush rod seat. Must be insulated between.
