Due to the dynamic characteristics of the moving parts, the responsiveness, and finer interpolation control, nano-level control can be achieved. There is no limit to the trip. The traditional screw drive is limited by the manufacturing process of the screw, generally 4 to 6m. Longer strokes need to be connected to the long screw, which is not satisfactory from the manufacturing process or performance. The use of linear motor drive, the stator can be infinitely lengthened, and the manufacturing process is simple, there have been large-scale high-speed machining center X axis up to 40m.
5. The linear motor structure is simple, smooth movement, low noise, small friction, small wear, long service life, safe and reliable.
