The voice coil flexible vibrating tray mainly includes the frame body and the feeding tray, where the frame body is composed of the base plate, the voice coil motor, the controller, and cover plate, etc., forming a rectangular body with an internal hollow structure, with an upward opening structure at the top. The feeding tray is installed on the cover of the frame, and the cover plate has light transmittance, so as to install the backlight LED light board, which provides the light source for the visual positioning, and cooperates with the 3D visual positioning system to obtain the image information of the material in the feeding tray. The voice coil motors are distributed in the corners between the base plate and the cover plate of the body, and are connected to the vibration plate through the support column, and the four vibrators are installed in four corners of the vibration plate, forming four vibration sources, which better realize the flipping and movement of the parts. The controller is responsible for controlling the output vibration torque so as to achieve the vibration of the material in the feeding tray, that is, the vibration in the x, y, z axis directions.
