Kunshan Tongmao independently developed and produced the XYZ HPL/SPL high-precision linear motor platform to reach 100mm -600mm, with high positioning accuracy(after the linear error correction): ¡À 1 ¦Ìm(Travel ¡Ü 200mm), The stable and excellent shaft system provides a good smooth motion, and the algorithm optimization can obtain a small dynamic following error.
Outstanding performance:
First, a linear raster feedback system with excellent performance can obtain better point-to-point position accuracy and submicron repeatability.
Second, the standard modular design, flexible uniaxial / multi-axis solution. Overall sealing structure, lightweight, high rigid structure design, low cost, high performance.
Third, the HPL linear motor platform is driven by an imported non-core linear motor, and the platform stroke ranges from 100 to 600mm. The platform has a good design, rigorous shaft assembly process, high performance, but low cost, which makes the HPL series linear motor platform widely applicable to industrial applications that require cost-effective and sophisticated solutions. Such as semiconductor wafer detection, Microelectronics component testing, extraction, DNA sequencing, laser processing and other fields.
Fourth, the HPL linear motor platform adopts the imported 7075 # aviation aluminum through integrated processing and molding, while reducing the bending effect caused by the different thermal expansion coefficients of the guide rail and the aluminum main body. The guide rails are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the base, reducing the impact of the thermal expansion of two different metals, while the highly rigid base reduces the deflection and roll of the load to a smaller size.
Fifth, the guide rail steel ball is rolled along the four-column rolling surface formed by precision grinding and used in conjunction with the ball holder to achieve a linear motion with 4-direction equal load, low center of gravity, high rigidity, high precision, and smooth and stable. Excellent load ability, long life, very low noise.
In addition, because the HPLXYZ high-precision platform uses a standard platform for superimposed combination applications, it can select the stroke, load, positioning accuracy, and two-way repeated positioning accuracy according to actual needs. The optional range is wide, the combination is flexible, and the cost is low. It is a modular direct drive product use platform.
