The six-axis micro-vibration control platform is made of six 2500 N force sound coil motors.

The Stewart platform configuration is used and driven by a coil motor. Main performance parameters:
Platform upper plant/bottom plate diameter 0.5 M, height 0.17 M, total weight 45 Kg(including upper plate, bottom plate weight 40 Kg);
Loading > 100Kg(additional gravity unloading device);
The control bandwidth is higher than 500Hz, and the main mode(1 ~ 6 orders) frequency is 4.4 Hz ~ 8.5 Hz;
The peak power of the action rod is 2500N and the stroke is 15mm.
Application:
Multi-axis microvibration simulation;
Multi-axis microvibration main/passive control(isolation, suppression).
Note: The platform's peak load, control bandwidth, triaxial leveling and triaxial angles can be further improved by replacing active and articulated elements.
