There is an iron core linear motor, designed for servo applications that operate smoothly and output thrust. Since the kinetic coil is wound around the core, the magnetic flux is increased, so tens of thousands of Newtons of thrust can be provided. Due to the presence of iron cores in the movers, there is a strong magnetic attraction between the movers and the stators, and this attraction will all work on the guide rails; When the stator is placed in the magnetic pole, the position of a slot is tilted along the direction of operation. The purpose of the stator is to reduce the attraction of the reduced gear efficiency.
The iron-core linear motor consists of a moving coil group and a fixed stator track. The fixed-length sub-group of the module length is connected through both ends to form the required travel length. Through docking, the journey can be extended.
The motor actuator consists of a three-phase core coil. The coil and core are encapsulated in a heat-conducting epoxy resin. Through the guide rail and the connection mechanism, the actuator is fixed to the stator track to generate a driving force through the connection mechanism. It is also possible for two or more coils to be installed together to produce a driving force at the same time. In addition, multiple activists can use the same track, which will make it possible for multiple independent linear movements.
